RESEARCH
Winchester primarily researches how the context and characteristics of star performers and productive workers shape their motivations—and the consequences that they face for their high performance and productivity. Tangentially, Winchester has dabbled with research in the domains of creativity, individual differences, and task characteristics, allowing him to grasp a more nuanced understanding of how individuals can strategically employ high and low performance across different task, leadership, and team contexts.
