Winchester is an experiential management educator who teaches students how to better understand themselves, work with others, and lead effective teams. He has taught Organizational Behavior at Texas Tech University, Leading Self and Teams at the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management, and Applied Cognitive Heuristics in Multidisciplinary Teams at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Across these courses, he covers individual differences, leadership, team dynamics, communication, conflict, and collaboration using simulations, cases, activities, reflection exercises, and current research. He has also published management and strategy cases on Peloton, Roku, and GameStop that are used in undergraduate and master’s classrooms worldwide.
